30개월 이상 복무한 상등병 만기전역자의 특별진급을 위한 특별법 시행령 제3조(특별진급 신청)

법 제6조에 따라 특별진급을 신청하려는 상등병 만기전역자나 그 유족(이하 "신청인"이라 한다)은 별지 제1호서식의 특별진급 신청서(전자문서로 된 신청서를 포함한다)에 다음 각 호의 서류(전자문서로 된 서류를 포함한다)를 첨부하여 복무 기관장에게 제출해야 한다. 이 경우 복무 기관장이 신청인의 동의를 얻어 「전자정부법」 제36조제1항에 따른 행정정보의 공동이용을 통하여 제1호의 서류에 대한 정보를 확인할 수 있는 경우에는 그 확인으로 제1호의 서류 제출을 갈음할 수 있다.
