2018 평창 동계올림픽대회 및 동계패럴림픽대회 지원 등에 관한 특별법 제7조의2(대회 관계자 등의 결격사유 등)

① 대회 안전을 위하여 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 죄를 범하여 징역 이상의 실형을 선고받고 그 집행이 종료(집행이 종료된 것으로 보는 경우를 포함한다)되거나 집행을 받지 아니하기로 확정된 후 5년이 지나지 아니한 사람은 대회직접관련시설에 출입할 수 있는 등록카드의 발급 대상인 대회 관계자 또는 성화 봉송 주자가 될 수 없다.

② 조직위원회는 등록카드를 발급받으려는 대회 관계자 또는 성화 봉송 주자가 되려는 사람이 제1항 각 호에 따른 결격사유에 해당하는지 여부를 확인하기 위하여 본인의 동의를 받아 경찰청장에게 「형의 실효 등에 관한 법률」 제6조에 따른 범죄경력조회를 요청하여야 하며, 경찰청장은 그 결격사유의 유무를 조직위원회에 회신하여야 한다.

③ 조직위원회는 제2항에 따른 사무를 수행하기 위하여 불가피한 경우 주민등록번호가 포함된 자료를 처리할 수 있다.
