119구조ㆍ구급에 관한 법률 제24조(구조ㆍ구급활동으로 인한 형의 감면)

다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 자가 구조ㆍ구급활동으로 인하여 요구조자를 사상에 이르게 한 경우 그 구조ㆍ구급활동 등이 불가피하고 구조ㆍ구급대원 등에게 중대한 과실이 없는 때에는 그 정상을 참작하여 「형법」 제266조부터 제268조까지의 형을 감경하거나 면제할 수 있다.
