119구조ㆍ구급에 관한 법률 제23조의3(감염병환자등의 통보 등)

① 질병관리청장 및 의료기관의 장은 구급대가 이송한 응급환자가 감염병환자등인 경우에는 그 사실을 소방청장등에게 즉시 통보하여야 한다. 이 경우 정보시스템을 활용하여 통보할 수 있다. <개정 2017.7.26, 2020.10.20, 2024.1.2>

② 소방청장등은 감염병환자등과 접촉한 구조ㆍ구급대원이 적절한 치료를 받을 수 있도록 조치하여야 한다. <개정 2017.7.26>
