119구조ㆍ구급에 관한 법률 제20조(구조ㆍ구급활동을 위한 지원요청)

① 소방청장등은 구조ㆍ구급활동을 함에 있어서 인력과 장비가 부족한 경우에는 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 관할구역 안의 의료기관, 「응급의료에 관한 법률」 제44조에 따른 구급차등의 운용자 및 구조ㆍ구급과 관련된 기관 또는 단체(이하 이 조에서 "의료기관등"이라 한다)에 대하여 구조ㆍ구급에 필요한 인력 및 장비의 지원을 요청할 수 있다. 이 경우 요청을 받은 의료기관등은 정당한 사유가 없으면 이에 따라야 한다. <개정 2014.11.19, 2015.12.15, 2017.7.26>

③ 제1항에 따라 지원활동에 참여한 구급차등의 운용자는 소방청장등이 지정하는 의료기관으로 응급환자를 이송하여야 한다. <신설 2015.12.15, 2017.7.26>

④ 소방청장등은 행정안전부령으로 정하는 바에 따라 제1항에 따른 지원요청대상 의료기관등의 현황을 관리하여야 한다. <개정 2013.3.23, 2014.11.19, 2015.12.15, 2017.7.26>
