119구조ㆍ구급에 관한 법률 제14조(유관기관과의 협력)

① 소방청장등은 구조ㆍ구급활동을 함에 있어서 필요한 경우에는 시ㆍ도지사 또는 시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장에게 협력을 요청할 수 있다. <개정 2014.11.19, 2017.7.26>

② 시ㆍ도지사 또는 시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장은 특별한 사유가 없으면 제1항의 요청에 따라야 한다.
