Act on the Liability of Accounting Officials, Article 2 (Definitions)

이 법에서 "회계관계직원"이란 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 사람을 말한다. <개정 2014.5.28, 2016.5.29>

타. 가목부터 카목까지에 규정된 사람의 대리자, 분임자(分任者) 또는 분임자의 대리자

2. 「지방재정법」 및 「지방회계법」 등 지방자치단체의 예산 및 회계에 관계되는 사항을 정한 법령에 따라 지방자치단체의 회계사무를 집행하는 사람으로서 다음 각 목의 어느 하나에 해당하는 사람
