환경정책기본법 제7조의2(수익자 부담원칙)

국가 및 지방자치단체는 국가 또는 지방자치단체 이외의 자가 환경보전을 위한 사업으로 현저한 이익을 얻는 경우 이익을 얻는 자에게 그 이익의 범위에서 해당 환경보전을 위한 사업 비용의 전부 또는 일부를 부담하게 할 수 있다.
