환경분쟁 조정 및 환경피해 구제 등에 관한 법률 제8조(위원회의 구성 등)

① 중앙위원회는 위원장 1명을 포함한 100명 이내의 위원으로 구성하며, 그 중 상임위원은 3명 이내로 한다.

④ 제9조제1항에 따라 위촉된 위원 중 임기가 끝난 위원은 후임자가 위촉될 때까지 계속 그 직무를 수행한다.
