환경분쟁 조정 및 환경피해 구제 등에 관한 법률 제7조(관할 사무 등의 이송)

① 중앙위원회 및 지방위원회는 접수된 건강피해조사, 환경분쟁 조정 안건의 관할이 다른 경우에는 지체 없이 해당 안건을 관할 위원회로 이송하여야 한다. 접수 이후 조사를 시작한 후 관할이 다른 것으로 확인된 경우에도 또한 같다.

② 제1항에 따라 이송된 건강피해조사, 환경분쟁 조정 안건은 관할 위원회에 처음부터 접수된 것으로 본다.

③ 중앙위원회 및 지방위원회는 제1항에 따라 건강피해조사, 환경분쟁 조정 안건을 이송한 경우에는 그 사실을 지체 없이 관계 당사자에게 통지하여야 한다.
