환경분쟁 조정 및 환경피해 구제 등에 관한 법률 제78조(참가의 신청)

① 대표당사자가 아닌 자로서 해당 환경분쟁의 조정결과와 이해관계가 있는 자는 제77조제1항에 따른 공고가 있은 날부터 60일 이내에 조정절차에의 참가를 신청할 수 있다.

② 제73조제4호에 따라 동의를 한 자는 조정절차에 참가한 것으로 본다.
