형사보상 및 명예회복에 관한 법률 시행령 제9조(필요한 조사)

① 위원장이나 위원장의 명을 받은 사람은 보상결정에 필요한 조사를 할 수 있고, 관계 공무원이나 관계 기관에 사실을 조회하거나 필요한 자료의 제출을 요청할 수 있다.

② 제1항의 요청을 받은 공무원이나 관계 기관의 장은 정당한 사유 없이 요청에 따르지 아니하거나 회신을 지체해서는 아니 된다.
