형법 제194조(먹는 물 혼독치사상)

제192조제2항 또는 제193조제2항의 죄를 지어 사람을 상해에 이르게 한 경우에는 무기 또는 3년 이상의 징역에 처한다. 사망에 이르게 한 경우에는 무기 또는 5년 이상의 징역에 처한다.
