혁신도시 조성 및 발전에 관한 특별법 제18조(공사완료의 공고)

국토교통부장관은 제17조제1항의 규정에 따른 준공검사를 한 결과 혁신도시개발사업이 실시계획대로 완료되었다고 인정되는 때에는 사업시행자에게 준공검사증명서를 교부하고 공사완료의 공고를 하여야 하며, 실시계획대로 완료되지 아니한 때에는 지체 없이 보완시공 등 필요한 조치를 명하여야 한다. <개정 2008.2.29, 2013.3.23, 2020.6.9>
