허베이 스피리트호 유류오염사고 피해주민의 지원 및 해양환경의 복원 등에 관한 특별법 시행령 제7조(피해주민단체의 구성 등)

① 법 제7조제1항에 따라 피해를 입은 주민이 단체를 구성하는 경우에는 대표자를 정하여야 하고, 그 단체를 신고하려는 때에는 별지 제1호서식의 피해주민단체 신고서에 다음 각 호의 서류를 첨부하여 해양수산부장관 또는 해당 지방자치단체의 장에게 제출하여야 한다. <개정 2013.3.23>

② 제1항에 따라 신고를 받은 해양수산부장관 또는 해당 지방자치단체의 장은 신고 내용을 확인한 후 별지 제2호서식의 피해주민단체 신고증명서를 교부하여야 한다. <개정 2013.3.23>

③ 법 제7조제2항에 따라 대책위원회, 조정위원회 또는 지방자치단체가 제1항에 따라 신고된 단체(이하 "피해주민단체"라 한다)의 의견을 들으려는 경우에는 다음 각 호의 구분에 따라 복수의 피해주민단체를 대표하는 하나의 대표자를 선정하여야 한다. <개정 2013.7.22>

④ 해양수산부장관 또는 지방자치단체의 장은 광역시ㆍ도 또는 시ㆍ군ㆍ구별로 피해주민단체가 복수로 구성된 경우 광역시ㆍ도 또는 시ㆍ군ㆍ구별 피해주민단체에 대하여 단일화를 권고할 수 있다. 이 경우 해양수산부장관이 정하는 바에 따라 피해주민단체의 단일화를 위한 행정적 지원을 할 수 있다. <신설 2013.7.22>
