허베이 스피리트호 유류오염사고 피해주민의 지원 및 해양환경의 복원 등에 관한 특별법 시행령 제5조(지원단 및 자문단)

① 조정위원회에는 법 제5조제6항에 따라 대책위원회 및 조정위원회의 운영과 법에 따른 지원업무를 수행하기 위하여 조정위원회의 간사를 단장으로 하는 허베이 스피리트 피해지원단(이하 "지원단"이라 한다)을 둔다. <개정 2013.7.22>

② 조정위원회의 위원장은 제1항에 따른 지원단의 업무 수행을 위하여 필요하다고 인정하면 유류오염사고 피해지역을 관할하는 지방자치단체에 대하여 「지방공무원법」 제2조에 따른 공무원의 파견을 요청할 수 있다.

③ 조정위원회에는 해양환경 및 피해보상 등에 관한 전문지식과 경험이 풍부한 자로 구성된 자문단을 둘 수 있다.
