행정절차법 제27조의2(제출 의견의 반영 등)

① 행정청은 처분을 할 때에 당사자등이 제출한 의견이 상당한 이유가 있다고 인정하는 경우에는 이를 반영하여야 한다. <개정 2019.12.10>
