해양환경관리법 제38조의3(시설의 개선명령 등)

Marine Environment Management Act, Article 38-3 (Orders to Improve Facilities, etc.)

① 해역관리청은 오염물질저장시설 운영자가 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 경우에는 그 시설의 개선, 6개월 이내의 운영정지 또는 시설의 폐쇄를 명할 수 있다. 다만, 제1호부터 제4호까지의 어느 하나에 해당하는 경우에는 그 시설의 폐쇄를 명하여야 한다.

1. 제38조제5항에 따른 결격사유에 해당하는 경우
