해양환경관리법 제102조(이사회)

①공단의 업무에 관한 중요 사항을 의결하기 위하여 공단에 이사회를 둔다.

②이사회는 이사장과 이사로 구성하고, 이사장은 이사회를 소집하고 그 의장이 된다.

(2) The^ð더 board보드 of어^v브 directors더^r렉터즈 shall섈 consist컨시스트 of어^v브 the^ð더 chairperson체어퍼슨 and앤드 directors,더^r렉터즈 and앤드 the^ð더 chairperson체어퍼슨 shall섈 convene컨^v빈 the^ð더 board보드 and앤드 serve서^v브 as애즈 its잇츠 chair.체어

③이사회는 재적구성원 과반수의 출석과 출석구성원 과반수의 찬성으로 의결한다.

(3) The^ð더 board보드 of어^v브 directors더^r렉터즈 shall섈 adopt어답트 resolutions^r레절루션즈 with위^ð드 the^ð디 attendance어텐든스 of어^v브 a어 majority머조^r러티 of어^v브 the^ð디 incumbent인컴번트 members멤버즈 and앤드 the^ð더 concurrent컨커^r런트 vote^v보우트 of어^v브 a어 majority머조^r러티 of어^v브 the^ð더 members멤버즈 present.프^r레전트

④감사는 이사회에 출석하여 의견을 진술할 수 있다.

⑤이사회의 운영에 관하여 필요한 사항은 대통령령으로 정한다.
