해양수산발전 기본법 제6조(해양수산발전기본계획)

①정부는 이 법의 목적을 효율적으로 달성하기 위하여 해양 및 해양수산자원의 합리적인 관리ㆍ보전, 개발ㆍ이용 및 해양수산업의 육성(이하 "해양개발등"이라 한다)에 관한 중ㆍ장기 정책목표 및 방향을 설정하고, 대통령령이 정하는 바에 따라 10년마다 해양수산발전기본계획(이하 "기본계획"이라 한다)을 세우며, 이를 시행하여야 한다. <개정 2017.4.18>

② 기본계획에는 다음 각 호의 사항이 포함되어야 한다. <개정 2017.4.18>

(2) The^ð더 Basic베이식 Plan플랜 shall섈 include인클루드 the^ð더 following:^f팔로잉

③ 정부는 기본계획을 수립하거나 변경하는 경우 제7조에 따른 해양수산발전위원회 및 국무회의의 심의를 거쳐 확정하고 이를 공고하여야 한다. 다만, 대통령령으로 정하는 경미한 사항을 변경하는 경우에는 해양수산발전위원회 및 국무회의의 심의를 거치지 아니할 수 있다. <개정 2017.4.18>

④정부는 기본계획에 따라 매년 해양수산발전시행계획(이하 "시행계획"이라 한다)을 수립ㆍ시행하고 이에 필요한 재원을 확보하기 위하여 노력하여야 한다. 이 경우 다른 법령에 의한 부문별 계획이 있는 때에는 이를 시행계획에 반영하여야 한다. <개정 2019.8.20>

(4) The^ð더 Government거^v버먼트 shall섈 formulate^f포뮬레잇 and앤드 implement임플러먼트 an앤 annual애뉴얼 implementation임플러멘테이션 plan플랜 for^f포 the^ð더 development디^v벨럽먼트 of어^v브 marine머^r린 and앤드 fisheries^f피셔^r리즈 (hereinafter히^r리내^f프터 referred^r러^f퍼드 to투 as애즈 the^ð디 "Implementation임플러멘테이션 Plan")플랜 in인 accordance어코든스 with위^ð드 the^ð더 Basic베이식 Plan,플랜 and앤드 endeavor인데^v버 to투 secure시큐어 the^ð더 financial^f퍼낸실 resources^r리소시즈 necessary네서세^r리 therefor.^ð데어^f포 In인 such서치 cases,케이시즈 if이^f프 there^ð데어 are아 sector-specific섹터-스퍼시^f픽 plans플랜즈 under언더 other어^ð더 laws로즈 and앤드 regulations,^r레귤레이션즈 they^ð데이 shall섈 be비 reflected^r리^f플렉티드 in인 the^ð디 Implementation임플러멘테이션 Plan.플랜

⑤정부는 제4항의 규정에 의한 당해 연도의 시행계획과 전년도 시행계획의 추진실적을 대통령령이 정하는 바에 따라 작성하여야 한다.

(5) The^ð더 Government거^v버먼트 shall섈 prepare프^r리페어 the^ð디 Implementation임플러멘테이션 Plan플랜 for^f포 the^ð더 current커^r런트 year이어 and앤드 the^ð더 performance퍼^f포먼스 of어^v브 the^ð더 previous프^r리^v비어스 year's이어즈 Implementation임플러멘테이션 Plan플랜 under언더 paragraph패^r러그^r래^f프 (4), as애즈 prescribed프^r리스크^r라이브드 by바이 Presidential프^r레저덴실 Decree.디크^r리

⑥정부는 매년 기본계획의 주요내용 및 당해 연도의 시행계획과 전년도 시행계획의 추진실적에 관한 보고서를 국회에 제출하여야 한다.
