해양수산발전 기본법 제11조(실무위원회)

①위원회의 효율적 운영과 안건의 심의를 실무적으로 지원하기 위하여 위원회에 해양수산발전실무위원회(이하 이 조에서 "실무위원회"라 한다)를 둔다.

②실무위원회의 효율적 운영을 위하여 실무위원회에 분야별로 분과위원회를 운영할 수 있다.

(2) The^ð더 Working워킹 Committee커미티 may메이 operate아퍼^r레잇 subcommittees서브커미티즈 by바이 field^f필드 for^f포 its잇츠 efficient이^f피션트 operation.아퍼^r레이션

③실무위원회 및 분과위원회의 구성 및 운영 그 밖에 필요한 사항은 대통령령으로 정한다.
