Enforcement Decree of the Act on the Investigation of and Inquiry into Marine Accidents, Article 17-2 (Qualifications of Investigators of Regional Tribunals)

법 제16조의2제2항 단서에 따라 지방심판원의 조사관이 될 수 있는 사람은 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 사람으로 한다.

다. 제7조의4에 따른 교육기관 또는 「초ㆍ중등교육법 시행령」 제91조제1항에 따른 특성화고등학교(수산 또는 해양계열 고등학교만 해당한다)에서 선박의 운항 또는 선박용 기관의 운전에 관한 학과를 교수한 경력
