해양과학조사법 제11조(조사자료의 공개 및 양도 제한 등)

① 해양수산부장관은 외국인등이 실시한 해양과학조사의 결과로 얻은 조사자료 및 조사결과가 대한민국의 국익에 중대한 영향을 미칠 것으로 판단되는 경우에는 그 조사자료와 조사결과의 공개 및 양도의 제한을 요구할 수 있다.

② 해양수산부장관은 외국인등이 제1항에 따른 공개 및 양도의 제한 요구에 따르지 아니할 경우에는 그 외국인등이 소속된 국가 및 국제기구의 장에게 공개 및 양도의 제한에 관한 조치를 할 것을 촉구할 수 있다.
