항만기술산업의 육성 및 지원에 관한 법률 제5조(항만기술산업육성계획 등의 수립)

① 해양수산부장관은 항만기술산업의 육성을 위하여 5년마다 항만기술산업육성계획(이하 "육성계획"이라 한다)을 수립ㆍ시행하여야 한다.

(1) The^ð더 Minister미너스터 of어^v브 Oceans오우션즈 and앤드 Fisheries^f피셔^r리즈 shall섈 establish이스태블리시 and앤드 implement임플러먼트 a어 port포트 technology텍날러지 industry인더스트^r리 development디^v벨럽먼트 plan플랜 (hereinafter히^r리내^f프터 referred^r러^f퍼드 to투 as애즈 the^ð더 "development디^v벨럽먼트 plan")플랜 every에^v버^r리 five^f파이^v브 years이어즈 to투 foster^f파스터 the^ð더 port포트 technology텍날러지 industry.인더스트^r리

② 해양수산부장관은 육성계획을 수립하려면 관계 광역시장ㆍ도지사 또는 특별자치도지사(이하 "시ㆍ도지사"라 한다)의 의견을 듣고, 관계 중앙행정기관의 장과 협의한 후 「항만법」 제4조에 따른 중앙항만정책심의회(이하 "항만심의회"라 한다)의 심의를 거쳐야 한다. 대통령령으로 정하는 중요한 사항을 변경하려는 경우에도 또한 같다.

(2) To투 establish이스태블리시 the^ð더 development디^v벨럽먼트 plan,플랜 the^ð더 Minister미너스터 of어^v브 Oceans오우션즈 and앤드 Fisheries^f피셔^r리즈 shall섈 hear히어 the^ð디 opinions어피니언즈 of어^v브 the^ð더 Mayors메이어즈 of어^v브 relevant^r렐러^v번트 Metropolitan메트^r러팔러튼 Cities,시티즈 Do두 Governors,거^v버너즈 or오 Special스페실 Self-Governing셀^f프-거^v버닝 Province프^r라^v븐스 Governors거^v버너즈 (hereinafter히^r리내^f프터 referred^r러^f퍼드 to투 as애즈 "Mayors/Do메이어즈 Governors"),거^v버너즈 consult컨설트 with위^ð드 the^ð더 heads헤즈 of어^v브 relevant^r렐러^v번트 central센트^r럴 administrative어드미너스트^r레이티^v브 agencies,에이전시즈 and앤드 undergo언더고우 deliberation딜리버^r레이션 by바이 the^ð더 Central센트^r럴 Port포트 Policy팔러시 Deliberation딜리버^r레이션 Council카운슬 under언더 Article아터클 4 of어^v브 the^ð더 Harbor하버 Act액트 (hereinafter히^r리내^f프터 referred^r러^f퍼드 to투 as애즈 the^ð더 "Port포트 Deliberation딜리버^r레이션 Council").카운슬 The^ð더 same세임 shall섈 apply어플라이 when웬 modifying마더^f파이잉 important임포턴트 matters매터즈 prescribed프^r리스크^r라이브드 by바이 Presidential프^r레저덴실 Decree.디크^r리

③ 육성계획에는 다음 각 호의 사항이 포함되어야 한다.

(3) The^ð더 development디^v벨럽먼트 plan플랜 shall섈 include인클루드 the^ð더 following:^f팔로잉

④ 해양수산부장관은 육성계획에 따라 매년 시행계획을 수립ㆍ시행하여야 한다.

(4) The^ð더 Minister미너스터 of어^v브 Oceans오우션즈 and앤드 Fisheries^f피셔^r리즈 shall섈 establish이스태블리시 and앤드 implement임플러먼트 an앤 annual애뉴얼 implementation임플러멘테이션 plan플랜 in인 accordance어코든스 with위^ð드 the^ð더 development디^v벨럽먼트 plan.플랜

⑤ 해양수산부장관은 육성계획을 수립한 경우에는 지체 없이 국회 소관 상임위원회에 제출하여야 한다.

(5) Upon어판 establishing이스태블리슁 the^ð더 development디^v벨럽먼트 plan,플랜 the^ð더 Minister미너스터 of어^v브 Oceans오우션즈 and앤드 Fisheries^f피셔^r리즈 shall섈 submit서브밋 it잇 to투 the^ð더 competent캄퍼틴트 standing스탠딩 committee커미티 of어^v브 the^ð더 National내셔늘 Assembly어셈블리 without위^ð다웃 delay.딜레이

⑥ 제1항부터 제5항까지에서 규정한 사항 외에 육성계획ㆍ시행계획의 수립ㆍ시행 등에 필요한 사항은 대통령령으로 정한다.
