항만공사법 제16조의2(임원추천위원회)

① 임원후보자를 추천하기 위하여 공사에 임원추천위원회(이하 "추천위원회"라 한다)를 둔다.

(1) An앤 Officer오^f퍼서 Recommendation^r레커먼데이션 Committee커미티 (hereinafter히^r리내^f프터 referred^r러^f퍼드 to투 as애즈 the^ð더 "Recommendation^r레커먼데이션 Committee")커미티 shall섈 be비 established이스태블리시트 in인 the^ð디 Authority어^θ쏘^r러티 to투 recommend^r레커멘드 officer오^f퍼서 candidates.캔더데잇츠

② 추천위원회는 위원회가 선임한 사람과 위원회의 일부 위원으로 구성한다.

(2) The^ð더 Recommendation^r레커먼데이션 Committee커미티 shall섈 be비 composed컴포우즈드 of어^v브 persons퍼슨즈 selected설렉티드 by바이 the^ð더 Committee커미티 and앤드 some섬 members멤버즈 of어^v브 the^ð더 Committee.커미티

③ 공사의 임직원과 공무원은 추천위원회의 위원이 될 수 없다. 다만, 위원회의 위원과 「교육공무원법」에 따른 교원은 그러하지 아니하다.

(3) Officers오^f퍼서즈 and앤드 employees엠플로이이즈 of어^v브 the^ð디 Authority어^θ쏘^r러티 and앤드 public퍼블릭 officials어^f피실즈 may메이 not낫 be비 members멤버즈 of어^v브 the^ð더 Recommendation^r레커먼데이션 Committee.커미티 However,하우에^v버 this^ð디스 does더즈 not낫 apply어플라이 to투 members멤버즈 of어^v브 the^ð더 Committee커미티 and앤드 teachers티처즈 under언더 the^ð디 Educational에저케이셔늘 Public퍼블릭 Officials어^f피실즈 Act.액트

④ 제2항에 따라 위원회가 선임하는 사람의 정수는 추천위원회 위원 정수의 2분의 1 미만으로 한다.

(4) The^ð더 number넘버 of어^v브 persons퍼슨즈 selected설렉티드 by바이 the^ð더 Committee커미티 under언더 paragraph패^r러그^r래^f프 (2) shall섈 be비 less레스 than^ð댄 one-half원-해^f프 of어^v브 the^ð더 total토우틀 number넘버 of어^v브 members멤버즈 of어^v브 the^ð더 Recommendation^r레커먼데이션 Committee.커미티

⑤ 추천위원회의 위원장은 추천위원회 위원인 위원회의 위원 중에서 추천위원회 위원의 호선(互選)으로 선출한다.

(5) The^ð더 chairperson체어퍼슨 of어^v브 the^ð더 Recommendation^r레커먼데이션 Committee커미티 shall섈 be비 elected일렉티드 by바이 mutual뮤추얼 vote^v보우트 of어^v브 the^ð더 members멤버즈 of어^v브 the^ð더 Recommendation^r레커먼데이션 Committee커미티 from^f프^r럼 among어멍 the^ð더 members멤버즈 of어^v브 the^ð더 Committee커미티 who후 are아 members멤버즈 of어^v브 the^ð더 Recommendation^r레커먼데이션 Committee.커미티

⑥ 추천위원회의 구성 및 운영 등에 필요한 사항은 대통령령으로 정한다.
