항만공사법 제17조(임원의 직무)

① 사장은 공사를 대표하고 공사의 업무를 총괄하며 경영성과에 대하여 책임을 진다.

② 사장은 공사의 경영성과 및 사업계획에 대하여 위원회에 보고하고 위원회가 결정한 사항을 지켜야 할 의무를 진다.

(2) The^ð더 president프^r레저덴트 shall섈 report^r리포트 the^ð더 management매너지먼트 performance퍼^f포먼스 and앤드 business비즈니스 plans플랜즈 of어^v브 the^ð디 Authority어^θ쏘^r러티 to투 the^ð더 Committee커미티 and앤드 has해즈 a어 duty두티 to투 abide어바이드 by바이 matters매터즈 decided디사이디드 by바이 the^ð더 Committee.커미티

③ 사장이 부득이한 사유로 그 직무를 수행할 수 없을 때에는 정관으로 정하는 바에 따라 임원(감사는 제외한다) 중 1명이 그 직무를 대행하고, 임원이 없거나 그 직무를 대행할 수 없을 때에는 정관으로 정하는 사람이 그 직무를 대행한다.

④ 감사(監事)는 공사의 업무와 회계를 감사(監査)하고 그 의견을 위원회에 제출한다.

(4) The^ð디 auditor오디터 shall섈 audit오딧 the^ð더 business비즈니스 and앤드 accounts어카운츠 of어^v브 the^ð디 Authority어^θ쏘^r러티 and앤드 submit서브밋 opinions어피니언즈 to투 the^ð더 Committee.커미티
