항만공사법 제16조(임원의 임명)

① 공사는 사장 및 감사를 포함한 5명 이내의 임원을 둔다.

② 사장은 제16조의2에 따른 임원추천위원회가 복수로 추천하는 사람 중에서 해양수산부장관이 해당 시ㆍ도지사와 협의를 거쳐 임명(任命)한다. <개정 2012.6.1, 2013.3.23>

③ 감사는 제16조의2에 따른 임원추천위원회가 복수로 추천한 사람 중에서 해양수산부장관이 재정경제부장관과 협의하여 임명한다. <개정 2012.6.1, 2013.3.23, 2025.10.1>

④ 사장 및 감사를 제외한 그 밖의 임원은 사장이 임명한다. <개정 2012.6.1>

(4) Officers오^f퍼서즈 other어^ð더 than^ð댄 the^ð더 president프^r레저덴트 and앤드 the^ð디 auditor오디터 shall섈 be비 appointed어포인티드 by바이 the^ð더 president.프^r레저덴트

⑤ 임원에 관하여는 제13조를 준용한다.
