할부거래에 관한 법률 시행령 제29조(분쟁조정 조정안 수락 및 이행 시 시정조치를 하지 아니하는 절차 등)

① 법 제41조에 따른 분쟁조정의 당사자는 소비자피해분쟁조정기구의 권고안 또는 조정안을 이행하였음을 확인하는 서류를 그 이행한 날부터 10일 이내에 공정거래위원회에 제출하고, 법 제39조에 따른 시정조치를 하지 아니한다는 확인을 요청할 수 있다.

② 제1항에 따른 요청을 받은 공정거래위원회는 시정조치를 하지 아니하는 대상 등을 사업자에게 통지하여야 한다.
