Act on Promotion of Architectural Assets Including Hanok, Article 13 (Extension, Reconstruction, and Demolition of Excellent Architectural Assets)

① 우수건축자산에 대하여 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 행위를 하려는 자는 행위를 개시하기 30일 전까지 관할 시ㆍ도지사에게 신고하여야 한다.

1. 우수건축자산의 외관을 변경하는 행위로서 「건축법」 제2조의 증축ㆍ개축ㆍ재축ㆍ대수선 또는 리모델링에 해당하는 행위

② 제1항에 따른 신고를 받은 시ㆍ도지사는 우수건축자산의 보전을 위하여 필요하면 지도ㆍ조언 및 권고 등을 할 수 있다.

③ 우수건축자산의 소유자는 제1항에도 불구하고 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 경우 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 시ㆍ도지사의 허가를 받아야 한다. 이 경우 시ㆍ도지사는 건축위원회의 심의를 거쳐야 한다.

1. 제12조제1항에 따라 조세를 감면받거나 같은 조 제2항에 따라 보조금 또는 융자금을 지원받은 경우
