한국해운조합법 제24조(임원의 해임)

① 총회에서는 회장ㆍ부회장ㆍ이사장ㆍ상무이사ㆍ이사 또는 감사에 대하여 언제든지 제19조 단서에 따라 그 해임을 의결할 수 있다. 다만, 대통령령으로 정하는 해임 사유가 있는 경우로 한정한다.

② 제1항의 경우 총회에서는 그 의결에 앞서 해당 임원에게 해명할 기회를 주어야 한다.
