한국주택금융공사법 제48조(업무계획ㆍ예산 및 결산)

① 공사의 업무계획 및 예산은 매 회계연도가 시작되기 전까지 위원회의 의결을 거쳐 금융위원회의 승인을 받아야 하며, 이를 변경하는 경우에도 또한 같다.

② 공사는 매 회계연도 경과 후 3개월 이내에 공사에 관한 결산서ㆍ재무상태표 및 손익계산서를 작성하여 위원회의 의결을 거쳐 금융위원회에 제출하여야 한다. <개정 2021.4.20>
