공사의 임직원 및 그 직에 있었던 사람은 직무상 알게 된 비밀을 누설하여서는 아니 된다. 이 경우 「공익신고자 보호법」 제2조제3호에 따른 공익신고등에 해당하는 경우에는 이 법에 따른 직무상 비밀 누설행위로 보지 아니한다. <개정 2018.2.21>
