Act on the Establishment, etc. of the Korea Asset Management Corporation, Article 45 (Special Provision on Provision of Security for Auctions)

공사는 「민사집행법」에 따른 경매절차에서 매수신고인이 되려거나 제26조제1항제1호가목의 업무를 수행하기 위하여 채권의 회수를 위탁한 금융회사등을 대리하여 매수신고인이 되려는 경우에는 「민사집행법」 제113조에도 불구하고 공사의 지급확약서를 담보로 제공할 수 있다. <개정 2021.8.17>
