한국농어촌공사 및 농지관리기금법 제16조(이의신청)

① 제11조 및 제12조에 따른 공사관리지역의 설정ㆍ편입 또는 제외에 관하여 이의가 있는 자는 공고한 날부터 20일 이내에 공사에 이의를 신청할 수 있다.

② 이용료에 관하여 이의가 있는 농업용수 이용자는 납부통지를 받은 날부터 20일 이내에 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 공사에 이의를 신청할 수 있다.

③ 공사는 제1항 및 제2항에 따른 이의신청을 받았을 때에는 신청을 받은 날부터 20일 이내에 이의신청의 적합 여부를 결정하여야 한다.

④ 제3항에 따른 공사의 결정에 불복하는 자는 그 결정서를 받은 날부터 14일 이내에 농림축산식품부장관에게 재결(裁決)을 신청할 수 있다. <개정 2013.3.23>

⑤ 농림축산식품부장관은 제4항에 따른 재결신청을 받았을 때에는 신청을 받은 날부터 20일 이내에 재결을 하고 그 사실을 공사와 신청인에게 알려주어야 한다. <개정 2013.3.23>
