한국농어촌공사 및 농지관리기금법 제15조(이용료의 체납처분)

① 공사는 이용료를 체납한 자가 있으면 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 그 관할 특별자치도지사ㆍ시장ㆍ군수 또는 자치구의 구청장(이하 "시장ㆍ군수"라 한다)에게 징수를 의뢰할 수 있다. 이 경우 공사는 대통령령으로 정하는 수수료를 해당 시장ㆍ군수에게 지급하여야 한다.

② 시장ㆍ군수는 제1항에 따라 이용료의 징수를 의뢰받으면 지방세 체납처분의 예에 따라 징수할 수 있다.
