한국국토정보공사법 제16조(자료 제공의 요청)

① 공사는 제6조에 따른 사업의 수행을 위하여 필요한 경우에는 관계 중앙행정기관, 지방자치단체 또는 공간정보 관련 기관ㆍ단체 등의 장에게 필요한 자료의 제공을 요청할 수 있다.

② 제1항에 따라 자료의 제공을 요청받은 자는 특별한 사유가 없으면 그 요청에 협조하여야 한다.
