한국공항공사법 제4조(자본 및 출자)

① 공사의 자본은 주식으로 분할한다.

② 국가 또는 지방자치단체는 「국유재산법」 및 「지방재정법」에도 불구하고 공사의 사업에 필요한 동산(動産) 또는 부동산을 공사에 현물(現物)로 출자(出資)할 수 있다.

(2) Notwithstanding낫위^ð드스탠딩 the^ð더 State스테잇 Property프^r라퍼티 Act액트 and앤드 the^ð더 Local로우클 Finance^f퍼낸스 Act,액트 the^ð더 State스테잇 or오 a어 local로우클 government거^v버먼트 may메이 make메이크 a어 contribution칸트^r러뷰션 in인 kind카인드 to투 the^ð더 Corporation코퍼^r레이션 in인 the^ð더 form^f폼 of어^v브 movables무^v버블즈 or오 immovables이무^v버블즈 necessary네서세^r리 for^f포 the^ð더 business비즈니스 of어^v브 the^ð더 Corporation.코퍼^r레이션

③ 국가 또는 지방자치단체는 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 「공항시설법」 제26조제1항에 따른 공항시설관리권을 공사에 출자할 수 있다. <개정 2016.3.29>

④ 국가 또는 지방자치단체가 제2항 또는 제3항에 따라 공사에 출자를 할 때에는 「국유재산법」에 따른다. <개정 2009.1.30>
