Enforcement Decree of the Act on Credit Recognition, etc., Article 16 (Requirements for Conferring Degrees)

① 법 제9조제1항에 따른 학위수여 요건은 다음 각 호와 같다. <개정 2023.1.10>

1. 학습자가 최초로 학사학위 또는 전문학사학위를 취득하려는 경우나 전문학사학위를 취득한 사람(이와 같은 수준 이상의 학력이 있다고 인정되는 사람을 포함한다)이 같은 전공분야 또는 다른 전공분야의 학사학위를 취득하려는 경우: 제13조에 따른 학력인정의 기준을 충족할 것

1. 2. 학사학위를 취득한 사람(이와 같은 수준 이상의 학력이 있다고 인정되는 사람을 포함한다)이 같은 전공분야 또는 다른 전공분야의 학사학위 또는 전문학사학위를 다시 취득하려는 경우나 전문학사학위를 취득한 사람(이와 같은 수준 이상의 학력이 있다고 인정되는 사람을 포함한다)이 같은 전공분야 또는 다른 전공분야의 전문학사학위를 다시 취득하려는 경우: 다음 각 목의 어느 하나에 해당하는 학점 기준을 충족할 것

가. 학사학위: 전공과목의 학점 48학점 이상

(a)어 Bachelor's배철러즈 degree:디그^r리 48 or오 more모 credits크^r레딧츠 in인 major메이저 subjects;서브직츠

나. 전문학사학위: 전공과목의 학점 36학점(「고등교육법 시행령」 제57조제1항에 따라 수업연한이 3년인 경우 42학점) 이상

(b)비 Associate어소우시엇 degree:디그^r리 36 or오 more모 credits크^r레딧츠 in인 major메이저 subjects서브직츠 (42 credits크^r레딧츠 where웨어 the^ð더 period피^r리어드 of어^v브 study스터디 is이즈 three^θ쓰^r리 years이어즈 under언더 Article아터클 57 (1) of어^v브 the^ð디 Enforcement엔^f포스먼트 Decree디크^r리 of어^v브 the^ð더 Higher하이어 Education에저케이션 Act).액트

② 법 제9조제2항에 따라 대학 등의 장은 해당 대학 등에서 취득한 학점이 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 사람에게 학위를 수여할 수 있다. 이 경우 학위수여 전에 그 명단을 「평생교육법」 제19조에 따른 국가평생교육진흥원(이하 "진흥원"이라 한다)의 장(이하 "원장"이라 한다)에게 통보하여야 한다. <개정 2015.9.25, 2023.1.10>
