학점인정 등에 관한 법률 시행령 제15조(학위수여 절차)

① 법 제9조제1항에 따른 학위를 받으려는 사람은 교육부령으로 정하는 신청서에 관련 서류를 첨부하여 교육부장관에게 제출하여야 한다. <개정 2011.6.27, 2013.3.23, 2015.9.25>

② 교육부장관은 제1항에 따라 신청을 받은 경우 그 신청 내용이 학위수여 요건을 충족하는지를 조사ㆍ확인하여 학위수여 여부를 결정한 후 신청인에게 통지하여야 한다. 이 경우 학위수여의 통지는 교육부령으로 정하는 학위증서를 발급하는 것으로 갈음할 수 있다. <개정 2011.6.27, 2013.3.23, 2023.1.10>
