학교시설사업 촉진법 제11조(시행계획 승인의 취소 등)

Act on the Promotion of School Facility Projects, Article 11 (Revocation of Approval of Implementation Plans, etc.)

감독청은 사업시행자(국가나 지방자치단체인 사업시행자는 제외한다)가 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하면 이 법에 따른 승인을 취소하거나 시행계획의 변경, 그 밖에 필요한 조치를 명할 수 있다.
