특수임무수행자 보상에 관한 법률 제9조(보상금등의 지급제한)

①이 법 시행 당시 2002년 12월부터 국가가 지급하는 위로보상금 등을 지급받은 자에게는 제6조 내지 제8조의 규정에 의한 보상금ㆍ특별공로금ㆍ공로금 및 특별위로금(이하 "보상금등"이라 한다)을 합한 금액과 그가 지급받은 금액과의 차액만을 지급한다.

②특수임무수행자중 근무 당시 이미 급여 및 특수임무에 따른 성과금 등의 명목으로 상당한 보상을 지급받았다고 위원회가 결정한 자에 대하여는 이 법에 의한 보상금등의 금액과 당시 지급액 및 물가수준 등을 고려하여 이를 현재가치로 환산한 금액과의 차액만을 지급한다.

③제2항의 규정에 의한 환산방법 및 지급기준 등에 관하여 필요한 사항은 대통령령으로 정한다.
