특수임무수행자 보상에 관한 법률 제5조(비밀누설금지 등)

①위원회의 위원 또는 직원이나 그 직에 있었던 자 및 위원회에 파견되거나 위원회의 위촉에 의하여 위원회의 업무를 수행하거나 수행하였던 자는 이 법률에서 정한 경우를 제외하고는 업무처리중 알게된 비밀을 누설하여서는 아니된다.

②위원회는 제4조제2항 각호의 사항에 관하여 국가안보에 중대한 영향이 있다고 결정한 관련사실을 해당 특수임무수행자 및 그 유족에게 고지하지 아니할 수 있다.
