특수임무수행자 보상에 관한 법률 제3조(유족의 권리)

①유족은 특수임무수행자 사망 당시의 민법에 의한 재산상속규정에 따라 이 법에 의한 보상금 등의 지급을 받을 권리가 있다.

②제1항의 규정에 불구하고 특수임무수행자의 형제자매와 방계혈족에 대하여는 대통령령이 정하는 바에 따라 지급총액중 일정 비율을 감하여 지급할 수 있다. <개정 2006.9.22>
