Act on Compensation for Special Mission Personnel, Article 2-2 (Exclusion from Application of This Act)

①다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 죄를 범하여 금고 이상의 실형을 선고받고 그 형이 확정된 자는 이 법 적용대상에서 제외한다.

②제4조의 규정에 따른 특수임무수행자보상심의위원회는 제1항의 규정에 따라 이 법의 적용대상에서 제외된 자가 그 형의 집행이 종료되거나 집행을 받지 아니하기로 확정된 날부터 3년을 경과한 때에는 그의 뉘우친 정도가 현저하다고 인정되는 경우에 한하여 다시 이 법의 적용대상자로 결정하여 보상을 행할 수 있다.
