Enforcement Decree of the Act on Response to and Support for Changes in the Trade Environment, etc., Article 23 (Delegation of Authority)
법 제22조제2항에 따라 고용노동부장관은 다음 각 호의 사항에 관한 권한을 지방고용노동관서의 장에게 위임한다. <개정 2008.6.20, 2010.7.12, 2022.4.19, 2024.12.10>
Pursuant to Article 22 (2) of the Act, the Minister of Employment and Labor delegates the authority concerning the following matters to the heads of regional employment and labor offices:
1. 법 제11조제2항에 따른 통상변화대응지원근로자 또는 법 제15조제1항에 따른 통상피해지원근로자의 지정
1. Designation of trade change response support workers under Article 11 (2) of the Act or trade damage support workers under Article 15 (1) of the Act;
2. 법 제12조제1항(법 제15조제3항에서 준용하는 경우를 포함한다)에 따른 전직 등에 필요한 정보제공 및 상담
2. Provision of information and counseling necessary for job change, etc. under Article 12 (1) of the Act (including cases applied mutatis mutandis under Article 15 (3) of the Act);
3. 법 제13조(법 제15조제3항에서 준용하는 경우를 포함한다)에 따른 전직 또는 재취업에 대한 지원
3. Support for job change or reemployment under Article 13 of the Act (including cases applied mutatis mutandis under Article 15 (3) of the Act);
4. 법 제17조제2항에 따른 지정 취소
4. Revocation of designation under Article 17 (2) of the Act;
