토지이용규제 기본법 제11조(규제안내서)

① 국토교통부장관은 규제안내서를 작성할 수 있다. <개정 2013.3.23>

② 국토교통부장관이 규제안내서를 작성하려면 관계 행정기관의 장과 미리 협의하여야 한다. 이 경우 협의를 요청받은 관계 행정기관의 장은 특별한 사유가 없으면 그 요청을 받은 날부터 30일 이내에 의견을 제시하여야 한다. <개정 2013.3.23>

③ 국토교통부장관이 규제안내서를 작성한 경우에는 이를 관보에 고시하여야 하며, 국토이용정보체계를 이용하여 일반 국민에게 제공하여야 한다. <개정 2013.3.23>

④ 규제안내서에는 다음 각 호의 사항이 포함되어야 한다.

(4) A어 regulation^r레귤레이션 guide가이드 shall섈 include인클루드 the^ð더 following:^f팔로잉

⑤ 중앙행정기관의 장이 제3항에 따라 고시된 규제안내서에 포함된 내용을 변경하는 경우에는 그 내용을 변경하는 법령의 공포일에 규제안내서의 내용이 변경된 사실과 그 효력 발생일을 함께 관보에 고시하여야 하며, 고시를 하기 전에 미리 고시예정일 등 대통령령으로 정하는 사항을 국토교통부장관에게 통보하여야 한다. 이 경우 국토교통부장관은 국토이용정보체계를 통하여 제공되는 규제안내서를 변경하여 그 효력이 발생한 날부터 일반 국민이 볼 수 있도록 하여야 한다. <개정 2013.3.23>

⑥ 지방자치단체의 장이 제3항에 따라 고시된 규제안내서에 포함된 내용을 변경하는 경우에는 그 내용을 변경하는 자치법규의 공포일에 규제안내서의 내용이 변경된 사실과 그 효력 발생일을 함께 공보에 고시하여야 하며, 고시를 하기 전에 미리 고시예정일 등 대통령령으로 정하는 사항을 국토교통부장관에게 통보하여야 한다. 이 경우 지방자치단체의 장은 국토이용정보체계를 통하여 제공되는 규제안내서를 변경하여 그 효력이 발생한 날부터 일반 국민이 볼 수 있도록 하여야 한다. <개정 2013.3.23>
