코로나바이러스감염증-19 예방접종 피해보상 등에 관한 특별법 제12조(피해보상의 결정)

① 질병관리청장은 제5조에 따라 피해보상 청구가 있는 날부터 120일 이내에 보상위원회의 심의ㆍ의결을 거쳐 피해보상 여부를 결정하여야 한다. 다만, 부득이한 사유로 120일 이내에 결정할 수 없는 경우에는 그 기간을 만료일 다음 날부터 기산하여 60일의 범위에서 한 차례 연장할 수 있다.
