치료감호 및 치료명령에 관하여는 이 법에 특별한 규정이 있는 경우 외에는 그 성질에 반하지 아니하는 범위에서 「형사소송법」과 「형의 집행 및 수용자의 처우에 관한 법률」 및 「보호관찰 등에 관한 법률」을 준용한다. <개정 2015.12.1>
