치료감호 등에 관한 법률 제36조의3(외래진료)

① 치료감호시설 출소자가 치료감호시설에서의 외래진료를 신청한 경우에 치료감호시설의 장은 검사, 투약 등 적절한 진료 및 치료를 실시할 수 있다. <개정 2017.12.12>

② 제1항에 따른 외래진료의 절차 등에 관하여 필요한 사항은 법무부령으로 정한다.
