치료감호 등에 관한 법률 제34조(피보호관찰자 등의 신고 의무)

① 피보호관찰자나 법정대리인등은 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 출소 후의 거주 예정지나 그 밖에 필요한 사항을 미리 치료감호시설의 장에게 신고하여야 한다.

② 피보호관찰자나 법정대리인등은 출소 후 10일 이내에 주거, 직업, 치료를 받는 병원, 피보호관찰자가 등록한 「정신건강증진 및 정신질환자 복지서비스 지원에 관한 법률」 제3조제3호에 따른 정신건강복지센터(이하 "정신건강복지센터"라 한다), 그 밖에 필요한 사항을 보호관찰관에게 서면으로 신고하여야 한다. <개정 2013.7.30, 2016.5.29>
